To enable restrictions, first open the Settings app and choose General This passcode lets you change the Restrictions settings, so make sure your kid doesn’t know it!

As soon as you leave the Settings app, the restrictions apply to the device.
If you want to change your Restrictions settings, just go back to the Settings app, choose General Restrictions, and reenter your Restrictions passcode.
To remove Restrictions entirely, tap the Disable Restrictions button at the top of the Restrictions window, and reenter your Restrictions passcode. It not only removes the Restrictions passcode, but it also loses all of the Restrictions settings you’ve specified, including deleting all of the websites you may have added under Allowed Content Websites (of which more in a moment).
